EZdeposit ServicesWhat is EZdeposit?

EZdeposit is the ability to "capture" checks at your business location for deposit
into your Business Checking Account. You control who accesses your deposits.

Who can use EZdeposit?

Any Business that accepts checks.
For example:
  • Local area businesses
  • Out of state businesses
  • Multiple location businesses
  • Municipalities and Schools

What are the benefits of EZdeposit?

PRIVACY Employees will not have receipts with account numbers or check information.
TIME SAVED No need to wait in line to see a Teller; more time spent with business customers.
MONEY SAVED Employees stay working longer; no special trips to the bank.
AVAILABILITY Checks are deposited quicker; improve cash flow.
CONVENIENCE You select the date and time to make a deposit.
RESEARCH You can research and print any check or deposit from your computer.

What are the costs involved?

A monthly fee 1 will be applied to the Business Checking Account at the end of each statement cycle. The fee may be offset by the monthly earnings credit.

How can I apply for EZdeposit?

  1. See a Customer Service Representative for an EZdeposit application. 2
  2. Sign a Contract Agreement
  3. Install the scanner of your choice and supplied software. 3
  4. Start to "capture" checks and transmit deposits.

1 : Monthly fee is based on chosen scanner hardware.
2 : Financial documents will be required upon applying.
3 : Technical Support is available.
